Added new withdrawal reason: changed_lead_provider

We’ve introduced a new withdrawal reason to the API to support cases where an ECT or mentor moves to a different lead provider.

What’s changed

A new withdrawal reason, changed_lead_provider, is now available when withdrawing an ECT or mentor via the API.

Why we’ve made this change

ECTs and mentors can move between lead providers during their training. Previously, there was no withdrawal reason to represent this scenario. Adding changed_lead_provider allows lead providers to record withdrawals more accurately.

What you need to do

You can now use the changed_lead_provider value when submitting a withdrawal via the API.

No other changes are required.
